Kaysha
Kaysha is the owner of Balance Tax and loves getting to know the people behind the numbers. When she’s not at the office, you’ll likely find her spending time with her husband and two boys, planning her next trip or settling in with a good book. She also volunteers as treasurer for her son’s Cub Scout pack—because apparently she really does like numbers that much.
Nicole
Nicole brings more than seven years of payroll and bookkeeping experience to Balance Tax & Accounting and loves helping business owners keep their finances organized and stress levels low. She enjoys building relationships with clients and making their lives a little easier. Outside the office, Nicole stays busy with her husband, Colin, and their two children. Whether they’re off on a weekend adventure, spending time at the park, or enjoying a not-so-quiet day at home, family time is her favorite time!
Stephanie
Stephanie brings five years of public accounting experience to Balance Tax & Accounting, although she originally started her career as a dental assistant! She wears many hats around the office, from bookkeeping and payroll to helping clients, and takes pride in getting the details right. Outside of work, Stephanie enjoys spending time with her husband, their dog, Mildred, and their newest addition, a baby girl. Her favorite role these days? Being a mom!
